Once upon a time, there was a very small town in India, before computers were popular. Mom and Dad decided to start a small scale home based business and they opened a magical flour and chilli mill in less than 100 sq.ft area that made wonders grinding all the grains or chilis to nice and soft. Never thought this magic will leave marks on me after 30 years. I took it as my first ingredient and working with it in a special way. Today, Flour is in one away a part of my life. I am experimenting alot adding sugar and other things and I am able to bring smiles and cheers in many celebrations and memories, making it all sweet. I am starting this blog to share some tips and tricks, and any other stories or sweets I come across in my life while using Flour.
